GaijinPot Expo 2023

GaijinPot, Japan’s No. 1 website for foreigners living, working and studying in Japan, is pleased to present GaijinPot Expo 2023.

GaijinPot Expo 2023 will be the fifth edition of the leading showcase for companies and services looking to hire foreign employees in Japan.

This year’s lineup will be the biggest one to date. You’ll have the opportunity to meet lots of employers actively looking to hire. Exhibitors will also be offering a variety of foreigner-friendly services—such as those from advanced education, language schools, real estate agencies, the travel industry and more!

Seminars will happen throughout the day. These feature practical advice from experts on topics like building your career, promoting yourself on social media and finding housing in Japan.

We had a great turnout for last year’s event! We received high marks from many job seekers who were able to land interviews and jobs directly from their attendance. 

GaijinPot Expo 2023 will also be a great place to connect with other foreigners and meet some new friends as well as share experiences.

We’ll be revealing more of the exciting speakers and schedule of activities as the day approaches.

Registration for GaijinPot Expo 2023 is not yet open, but you can sign up for the mailing list. We will contact you to let you know when you can visit this page to sign up for a ticket.

Sign up early for a chance to win!

We expect this event to be fully booked, so we are encouraging people to sign up early.

If you subscribe to the GaijinPot Expo 2023 Early Bird mailing list below, we will let you know as soon as registration is open. Once you register for a ticket, you’ll have the chance to win a ¥1,000 Amazon gift card as a thank you gift for being an early bird!

The deadline to join the early bird mailing list is July 31, 2023. 

At that time, 50  gift card winners will be randomly selected from valid registrations with a confirmed ticket.
