Hata started her career as an administrator at Yono Gakuin Japanese language school in 2020. When she was a university student, she studied abroad. This experience helped her decide that she wanted to support international students at a Japanese language school. She not only recruits students, but also helps them with part-time jobs and teaches them about daily life in Japan.
