3. In the questionnaire, tell us in 200 words or less: “What location or activity would you most like to visit or do in Niseko with your family or friends during the Green Season and why?”
4. Our judges will pick the best three answers to be awarded one of the GaijinPot Event prizes. In the entry form, you will be asked to select your preferred prize. Winners will be notified by email.
5. GPlusMedia will pay all shipping costs for prizes. Prizes can only be shipped within Japan.

Contest Rules

• The contest is open to anyone 20 years or older at the time of entry.
• Limit of one entry per person per entry portal. You may enter both the GaijinPot Events and Instagram contests.

• Instagram contest: Judges will select the best answer from all valid entries. Winners will be notified through Instagram.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email or Instagram within five business days of the last day of the contest.

If a selected entrant does not respond to GaijinPot within seven (7) business days of notification, they will be disqualified and will not receive a prize, and another entrant may be selected at the sole discretion of GPlusMedia.

Participation Agreement

By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules. Release and Confirmation

Indemnification by Entrant

By entering this contest, each entrant releases and holds the Releasees harmless from any liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrants or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in the contest, any breach of the Contest Rules, or in any prize-related activity. Each entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any claims by third parties relating to the contest without limitation.

Japanese Law

This Contest is subject to applicable Japanese national, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and GPlusmedia in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

Act on The Protection of Personal Information

• Personal information provided by the participant will be safely managed and only be used for the administration and publicity of the Contest, such as to contact participants regarding the Contest, award deliveries, manage entries, and display winning entries. We may also use non-personally identifiable information of participants to generate statistical data.
• Personal information will only be used within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law, and for no other purposes. The participant acknowledges that any data collected through the Contest (such as EXIF data) will be processed and analyzed as non-personally identifiable statistical information, and may be disclosed to third parties such as sponsoring companies.
• Personal information provided by the participant will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s approval, excluding the following purposes: to announce Contest winners, for Contest promotion or to introduce entries; to outsource the administration and publicity of the contest to subcontractors; and when required by law.
• Personal information provided by the participant will be shared and used within the following scope.
